Can I see material samples before ordering custom furniture?

Shipping methods for furniture depend on size, destination, and handling requirements. Delivery details are confirmed individually for each order.
Can I combine Catalogue and Essentials items in one order?
Yes.
However, Catalogue and Essentials items may ship separately and have different delivery times. This will be clearly communicated after purchase.
Are Essentials items produced by Wooden Dream Studio?
No.
Essentials items are curated products sourced from selected suppliers. They are chosen to complement our handcrafted furniture, not to replace it.
What happens if an Essentials item arrives damaged?
If an Essentials item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos. We will coordinate a replacement or solution according to our shipping and returns policy.

Do you deliver to apartments without an elevator?
Yes, but access conditions matter.
If delivery requires stairs, narrow access, or special handling, this must be communicated in advance. Additional costs may apply.
Do you deliver outside Denmark?
At this time, delivery outside Denmark may be limited to selected Essentials items. Custom furniture delivery outside Denmark is considered on a case-by-case basis.
What if my space measurements are incorrect?
Customers are responsible for ensuring that measurements, access paths, and clearances are accurate. Wooden Dream Studio cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect measurements.
Can I delay delivery after my order is ready?
In some cases, short-term delivery delays can be arranged. Long-term storage is not offered unless agreed in advance.
What if a product looks different than expected?
Natural materials vary in tone, grain, and texture. Minor variations are not considered defects and are part of the character of wood and handcrafted objects.
