Choosing the correct shipping method for custom items

When purchasing custom-made items from our catalogue, please select the shipping method at checkout based on the total weight of the catalogue items in your order.

How to choose the right option:

• Shipping options are listed in 5 kg intervals (1–5 kg, 5–10 kg, 10–15 kg, etc.).
  
• If you order more than one catalogue item, please add the weights together and choose the interval that matches the combined weight.
  
• If the total weight is under 20 kg, select the corresponding standard shipping option.
  
• If the total weight exceeds 20 kg, please select Fragtmand (freight delivery).
  

Please note:

• Only consider the weight of items from our catalogue when choosing the shipping method.
  
• Items from our Essentials collection use a separate automatic shipping system and should not be included in the weight calculation.
  
• If the selected shipping option does not match the actual order weight, we may contact you to adjust the shipping method or cost before production or dispatch.
